Common Questions
- Sign-in trouble? VolleyHub signs you in with your phone number and a one-time passcode sent by SMS. If a code doesn't arrive, wait a minute and request a new one. Message and data rates may apply.
- Payments — VolleyHub is not a payment processor. Entry fees move directly between players and organizers through Cash App; the app only coordinates who owes what and when. Payment questions about a specific tournament are best directed to its organizer.
- Delete your account or data? You can delete your account yourself, right in the app: open VolleyHub, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account and your personal information — it can't be undone. If you can no longer sign in and can't reach that screen, email us at the address above as a backup and we'll delete your personal information for you.
