This Privacy Policy describes how VolleyHub, operated by Lapp's Online Dynamics LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information. VolleyHub is a local volleyball tournament management app.

Information We Collect

Phone number — used to authenticate your account via a one-time passcode (OTP) sent by SMS.
Display name — shown to organizers and other participants within the app.
Team and tournament registration data — the tournaments you create or register for and your registration status.
Content you create in the app — user-generated content such as tournament and team names, descriptions and notes you write, and reports you submit about other users' content.

How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your account using SMS one-time passcodes.
To coordinate tournaments, including registration status updates.

SMS Consent & Mobile Information

No mobile information — including your phone number — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in consent is never shared with any third party. SMS messages are sent only through our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the transactional one-time-passcode messages described above. Messaging is transactional only — we do not send marketing messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with subcontractors and service providers strictly necessary to operate the app (for example, Twilio for SMS delivery and Supabase for secure data storage), and only as needed to provide the service; these providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and your personal information at any time from inside the app: open VolleyHub, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. If you can no longer sign in and cannot reach that screen, you may instead contact us at sammy@lappsonlinedynamics.com as a secondary route and we will delete your personal information for you.
