Service Description

VolleyHub is a local volleyball tournament management app operated by Lapp's Online Dynamics LLC. It lets organizers publish tournaments and lets players register their teams, and it coordinates account access, organizer approvals, and registration status.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You must provide a valid phone number that you own to create an account and verify your identity by SMS one-time passcode. You agree to use VolleyHub only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

No Payment Processing

VolleyHub does not process payments. The app does not collect, hold, or transfer money. Any tournament fees or other payments are arranged and settled directly between organizers and players outside of the app (for example, via Cash App). VolleyHub is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for them.

SMS Messaging

By signing in you consent to receive transactional SMS messages as described in our SMS Opt-In Disclosure. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

VolleyHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lapp's Online Dynamics LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any disputes or payments between organizers and players.
